Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By asking us to confirm your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms outlined in this document as well as the specific day-to-day demands of your chosen tour program and agree to be bound by them.
1. PRICING & SERVICES
My Way Travel offers confidential rates based on market research, competition analysis, strategic negotiation, and in-depth information for each specific season in each destination. These rates are offered under the condition that they cannot be displayed to third parties. Rates are quoted in USD currency only. All quoted rates, unless otherwise specified, are net and non-commissionable.
Published prices on our websites are based on costs at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change published prices at any time before your booking is made.
Hoteliers and/or suppliers in the region may require us to adhere to a Recommended Retail Price (RRP), or Suggested Selling Price (SSP), which will be communicated to you for implementation where required.
2. TAXES
Unless otherwise specified, all quoted rates are inclusive of applicable taxes (including service charges, Value Added Taxes, and/or locally charged taxes). Domestic tourism taxes and/or airport taxes may be applicable and are not included. These need to be paid directly to the relevant authority, by the traveler.
In the event of government-imposed tax changes, My Way Travel reserves the right to alter the rates accordingly.
3. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
30% of the total tour cost is to be deposited upon commitment to the tour, and this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance of the tour cost (70%) will be paid at least 20 days prior to the arrival date. Full payment may be required for urgent bookings. There may be additional fees required, which My Way Travel will advise on a case-by-case basis.
3.1. Pay by Credit Card
We accept Debit/Credit Cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Additional fees may apply.
3.2. Bank Transfer
Details of bank transfer procedures will be provided by our travel consultants.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND
4.1. Cancellation by You
More than Twenty-One (21) days prior to departure: The total deposit paid will be spent for administrative fees, and any remaining balance will be valid for one year from the date the deposit was received. 7-21 days prior to departure: 50% of the total value of the trip is charged. Within 1 - 14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total cost is charged. No-Show: 100% of the total charge.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable once paid. We recommend suitable cancellation insurance coverage.
4.2. Cancellation or Modification by Us
We reserve the right to make changes or cancel your booking at any time. We will notify you of any material changes as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, we will offer alternatives or a full refund of all money paid.
5. UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges can be made for accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by the tour members.
6. PASSPORT
For all travel involving the countries in which My Way Travel operates, a valid passport is an essential requirement. The specifics regarding passport validity and other pertinent travel documentation regulations can be obtained directly from the respective embassy or consulate in the client's home country. In general, it is crucial to note that for most countries, passports must remain valid for a minimum of six months from the date of entry at any border post, airport, or seaport, and they should have a minimum of two blank pages available.
7. VISA
Visa requirements for certain countries are the traveler's responsibility. Details about specific visa conditions and requirements can be obtained from your consultant or your embassy/consulate.
8. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance before and during your trip. You can purchase it from Travel Guard at https://www.travelguard.com/.
9. HEALTH & SAFETY
Safety is our top priority. My Way Travel values health and safety in the selection of products and services. However, we cannot be held responsible for illness, injury, or loss of personal property.
10. ACCOMMODATION
Limited hotels and resorts offer standard triple rooms, typically consisting of double or twin rooms with an additional rollaway bed. This arrangement may reduce available space within the room. We kindly request that you inform all relevant parties to ensure appropriate expectations are set. For information on extra bed rates and triple sharing room rates, please refer to the confidential tariff. Additionally, please note that the confidential tariff specifies single room supplements. Most of the provided rooms are designed for double or twin occupancy. It's essential to understand that specific preferences, such as smoking or non-smoking rooms, interconnected rooms, king-size beds, and room location, cannot be guaranteed or confirmed in advance. These requests are subject to the policies of the individual hotel and their availability at the time of check-in.
11. TOURS
Tours include entrance fees, meals (where mentioned), and other specified expenses. All services provided by My Way Travel are of high standard. Guides are licensed and prioritize safety.
12. TRANSFERS & TRANSPORTATION
We provide transfer services, and transportation is operated by fully-licensed drivers/operators. We use the best available means of transportation in specific areas.
13. SHOPPING & OTHER SERVICES
Purchasing goods and using credit cards for transactions is at your own risk. Leisure activities and services during free time are at your discretion.
14. COMPLAINTS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please report any service delivery failures or concerns during your stay to our representatives. Complaints made after 14 days of completing the tour may be difficult to investigate.
15. LICENSES & PERMITS
All My Way Travel offices, subcontracted suppliers, and service providers comply with license and permit requirements.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be in default of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
17. LEGAL NOTE
This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam (or applicable in the country it is legally represented). Disputes will be settled through arbitration.
18. LIABILITY
My Way Travel acts as an intermediary between service providers and clients. We reserve the right to modify tours and itineraries. Tour schedules are provisional and subject to change.
19. VALIDITY
These Terms and Conditions are valid at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
