Established in 1992, Nam Cat Tien National Park is a tropical paradise characterized by wet and lowland forests. Local legend attributes its creation to a mystical event involving a hunter and a sparkling cylinder. The park's diverse terrains, which encompass rivers, waterfalls, and mountains, provide a home to rare and protected flora and fauna. Unique to the park is Bau Sau, one of Vietnam's two wetlands. It's also inhabited by the Stieng and Ma ethnic groups, known for their traditions and cultural festivals. Nam Cat Tien National Park offers a range of tourism experiences, making it a must-visit destination.
